From 12 AM to 6 PM: Call Mobinil numbers 3 minutes for 20 pt(minmum charge 65 pt) and have the next 27 minutes for free, the following 3 minutes in the same call are at the rate of 20 pts per minute, then the rest of the call is free.
From 6 PM to 12 AM: Call Mobinil numbers 3 minutes for 20 pt(minmum charge 65 pt) and have the next 27 minutes at the rate of 5 pts per minute, the following 3 minutes in the same call are at the rate of 20 pts per minute, then the minute rate till the end of the call is 5 pts.
