This is a new service from Etisalat to borrow additional credit starting from 4 L.E to 12 L.E. and the consumed amount will be deducted from the first recharge.
For Ahlan Customers, 6 piasters will be added on top of the normal Voice minute and SMS rate and for Ahlan Per Second customers, 1 millime will be added on top of every second.
This credit can be used in all local Calls (landline/ mobile) and SMS (local/international).

Ahlan customers with 3 months subscription and usage 5 LE can borrow up to 4 L.E.
Ahlan customers with 6 months subscription and usage 5 LE can borrow up to 8 L.E.
